Another happy customer...

Dear Mr Douglas,

On behalf of my wife, Mr and Mrs Mitchell, myself our daughter Emma and her husband Allan plus all our guests I am writing to you to say a big THANK YOU to all your staff for making Emma and Allan's big day so special.  In particular I single out Nina Newell, who took over the task of the arrangements earlier this year.  Her enthusiasm and communications ensured our requirements were met.  On the day Gordon as the Master of Ceremonies was outstanding.  His interaction with our guests did not go un-noticed, indeed his praises were mentioned by many whom he spoke to during the course of the day, I was also impressed by his attentiveness in ensuring I was kept informed at all times.  Joanne was also a pleasant young lady who from our arrival early on the morning reassured us that all would be more than ready and the function room was well prepared, additionally she was one step ahead through out the evening, complimenting Gordon who could then concentrate on looking after our guests needs.  The staff who served our meal were very professional and proficient, indeed as a member of the Armed Forces their commitment to the task was on a par with the staff who work in ours Mess's.  Everyone enjoyed their meal, without exception and Duncan the Chef of the day, whom I met Saturday morning is an asset you must keep, if he was a chef in the Royal Air Force I can assure you his culinary skills would be sought after by both the Sgt's and Officers Messes.  As we socialised through the evening all our guests commented on the meal, for taste, presentation and the fact that it was hot and thoroughly enjoyed.  Mr Douglas I understand that you have not been in post for very long so I hope that these words are encouraging and as I said to the lady on reception and Joanne on Saturday morning I WILL recommend Deer Park Golf and Country Club to any one I know who is looking for a venue in the Livingston area, I am sure our, now, extended family will also recommend your Club to family or friends.

Once again Mr Douglas please thank ALL the staff who worked on our function on Friday, even those who worked behind the scenes, their efforts made it all worth while, especially for our guests who travelled from as far as the US and the South of England.
